Inspecting Polyethylene Bag Gauge
Our polyethylene bags are manufactured under the most controlled tolerances. When inspecting a bag keep in mind the polyethylene is a flexible material, and gauge can only be measured accurately with a poly micrometer. Machine micrometers, intended for less delicate materials, pinch and flatten bags or film. As gauge will vary across the width of any bag, ask us for the appropriate weight of each case to be sure your bags are within tolerances.

Parts bags and bags with white block for marking are ideal for organizing and displaying products. Three mil bags can handle even the toughest part.

Amine Free Pink Anti Static Bags
These anti static bags provide protection with a negligible presence of amines when compared with traditional pink anti-static bags. They function in low relative humidity, so they don't need to draw as much moisture from the air to be effective against static charges, and they won't corrode polycarbonate surfaces.
- Four and six mill products meet the full static decay requirements of MIL-PRF-81705D, Type ll and EIA-541

Pink Anti Static Bags
The traditional protective film for packaging static sensitive and non-static sensitive components where electrostatic contamination is a problem.

Black Conductive Anti Static Bags
These anti static bags and film are produced with a carbon black additive to provide protection for sensitive electronic devices or to line containers where explosive materials are stored. Unlike traditional and non-amine films, black conductive films are humidity independent, so they require no humidity to remain effective. These anti static bags also offer a virtually unlimited shelf life and excellent corrosion resistance, and will not contaminate products with which they come in contact.
- Has a surface resistivity of less than 1000 ohms/s and a volume resistivity of less than 300 ohms/cm.
- Meet the full static decay requirements of MIL-PRF-81705D, Type ll and EIA-541.

Transparent Metallic & Static Shielding Bags
These anti static bags offer Total Faraday Cage protection and visibility for highly sensitive electronic components. They guard against static charge from both inside and outside with three layers of anti-static protection. 50% transparent for easy product identification. This bag is buried metal construction; a conductive aluminum shield layer is buried between 2 static dissipative polymeric plastic layers.
- Contains no amines, amides or N-Octanoic acid
- Polycarbonate safe
- Static shielding notice is stamped in yellow on each bag
